Dr. Smukler’s Philosophy and Beliefs:

When Dr. Smukler first encountered the idea of Chiropractic as a Health Service he was very sceptical about its truth. Now, after 26 years of taking care of people, and over 100,000 treatments later he is 100% convinced of its value and validity.

A basic principle of Chiropractic is that the human body possesses enormous capabilities to heal itself.

Therefore, everyone who has their spine adjusted – improves.

Dr. Smukler believes each person has a mission, a purpose. He is dedicated to helping improve the world by improving “one spine at a time”, by helping each person regain their health and vitality so they can better fulfill their mission.

Chiropractic works because there exists a Divine Power in the universe which maintains LIFE energy in each of us, which heals us and guides us. 

The KEY is this:

Our Life Energy, centered in our brain, flows up and down the spine and along the nerves reaching each one of our trillions of cells. In this way our Innate Intelligence controls and coordinates all our functions – so we stay healthy and feel well.

The problem occurs when there is interference to this vital flow of energy, resulting in abnormal function and a decrease of health. This interference occurs at the spine where spinal vertebrae are twisted out of alignment – blocking the normal flow of this nerve energy. These are called ”subluxations”.

Chiropractic spinal adjusting corrects subluxations – restoring normal vertebral mobility and alignment. This allows the nerve system to work properly again and a return to health.

When our Innate Intelligence is in full control of our bodies our health potential is maximized.
